The Kansas City Convention Facilities’ flexible meeting rooms give you lots of options. With more than 68,500 total square feet, the 18 rooms on Level 2 can accommodate more than 7,000 people in comfortable theatre-style seating. All meeting rooms are hotel-quality, with carpeting, sound-absorbing acoustic panels, adjustable lighting, individual temperature controls and simultaneous taping. The 2200-Series meeting rooms are hard-wall, with the exception of Rooms 2215 A, B and C, which can be combined to create a 9,000-square-foot room with theatre-style seating for 1,000 people. The other 14 rooms are approximately 1,344-square-feet in size. Accessible from the south side of 13th Street, the 19,400-square-foot Lobby 2200 provides registration and pre-function space for the 2200-Series meeting rooms, as well as escalator access to Exhibit Halls B and C. |
