The Convention and Entertainment Centers provide more space at substantially lower rental rates than many comparable destinations. Because we can design flexible packages of rooms and exhibit halls to meet your unique needs, you won't pay for space you don't need.

You'll also save on convention services. We won’t lock you into using exclusive decorating, catering, cleaning or audio-visual companies. Our only exclusives are for security/crowd control, telecommunications, utilities and cash sales of food, beverages and novelties. For everything else, you’re free to shop around for the best deal, and the best service.

In Kansas City, you’ll work with only two unions, the Teamsters and the Stagehands. This simplifies set-up and tear-down and lets you, and your exhibitors, do more things yourselves.

Your attendees will appreciate our central location, which will reduce their travel expenses and travel time. And Kansas City’s hotels and restaurants deliver first-class service at exceptional values.
