KCI Shuttle
The KCI Shuttle, operated by Metropolitan Transportation Services, Inc., runs daily departures between Kansas City International Airport (KCI) and select hotels in the downtown, Crown Center, Plaza, Westport, Lenexa, Overland Park and Mission areas. Ticket counters are located at baggage claim areas in all three terminals. Tickets can be purchased from agents at ticket counters or by dialing "5000" on any white courtesy phone. Some area hotels also provide their own shuttle service to and from the airport.

Livery/Limousine
Several companies in the Kansas City area offer this exclusive service by providing vehicles with drivers for hire. These services must be scheduled in advance. Please refer to Local Resources for more information.

Public Transit
The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority operates public transit throughout the metro area. For schedule information, call (816) 221-0660.

Shuttles/Tours
Kansas City is a shuttle friendly city. Movements from the Convention Center to the Crown Center complex, Country Club Plaza and stadiums are easily orchestrated. A shuttle trip from the Convention Center to the Crown Center area is a mere 5-minute one-way trip (10 blocks). Several metro-area tour operators combine shuttle services with a guided tour option for meetings and conventions. Please refer to Local Resources for more information.

Taxicabs
Taxi call-up phones are located throughout each KCI terminal building. Additionally, there are taxi stands at major hotels, shopping and entertainment centers. If a passenger is delivered to an area where a taxi stand does not exist, the driver will be happy to prearrange the return trip according to the passenger’s schedule.
