Capital Improvements
Management Office
has been delivering information and capital projects in a timely,
efficient manner since 2004. CIMO has been at the forefront of Kansas
City’s building renaissance, managing $1.2 billion in
capital improvement projects across the city. More information on CIMO,

Web site serves as a clearinghouse for
capital
improvements and a portal for the City’s
standardized approach to capital project delivery, providing
information on
upcoming and current projects and contract management.
